Privacy policy

DLM Games is made by Dynamic Labs Media LLC (“we”). This policy covers the website at dlmgames.store and the DLM Games apps for Android published on Google Play under Dynamic Labs Media LLC, such as Tres Amigos: Desert Ride.

In short: we do not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.

Your game progress stays on your device

Scores, unlocked achievements and songs, settings and saved games are stored only on your device:

• On the website, in your browser’s local storage. You can export, import or delete it from the Library page, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
• In the Android apps, in the app’s private storage. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it.

This data is never sent to us. If you use Android’s own backup, Android may include the app’s data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone; that backup is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy, and we cannot see it.

The Android apps work offline

Each app contains its whole game, art and music. It does not connect to our servers or to any third-party service, and it does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files. Links in an app’s About screen (this policy and our website) open in your web browser.

The website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives the technical information your browser sends to load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep it briefly in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use it to identify you, build profiles or advertise to you.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK).

Your choices and rights

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your on-device progress is fully under your control as described above. If you have a question or request, you can still write to us and we will reply.

Changes

If a future version of the website or an app collects any data, we will update this policy and the app’s Google Play data safety section before that version is released, and change the date above.
