Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dynamic Labs Media LLC (“we”) for the games on dlmgames.store and the DLM Games apps for Android. Playing without an account only needs the sections on content and conduct; signing in, buying anything or playing online means you accept all of them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA and UK) to create an account, buy anything or play online.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Handles must not impersonate others or contain offensive language. We may change a handle that breaks this rule.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Purchases that have already been consumed are not refunded on deletion.

Fair play

Do not:

• Use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits in online matches, leaderboards or daily challenges.
• Submit scores you did not earn, or interfere with other players’ games or connections.
• Harass other players, or use room codes or handles to share abusive content.

We may remove scores, void matches, adjust ratings, suspend or close accounts, and forfeit coins and items obtained through a breach.

Purchases

• Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
• Remove ads and premium titles are one-time purchases tied to your account; they work on the website and in our Android apps when you are signed in with the same account.
• Coins and items are a licence to use features inside our games. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn if a game is retired; we will give notice where we reasonably can.
• Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it. On the website, Stripe processes payments; in Android apps, Google Play does, under its own terms.
• Refunds. Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of anything you have not used (an unused subscription period, an unplayed title, unspent coins). Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play’s refund policy. Where consumer law gives you more, it applies.

Online play and leaderboards

Matches are run by our servers, whose decision on the result is final. Leaderboards show your handle, avatar and scores publicly. We may reset leaderboards for a season, correct errors and remove entries that break these terms.

Content and licence

The games, art, music and software are ours or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to play them. You may share screenshots and videos of gameplay, including monetised videos, with credit to DLM Games.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or retire games and features. If we retire a title you bought, we will keep it playable where we reasonably can and otherwise refund the unused value. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect.

Liability

The games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
